Love our new screens that were fitted today. I was worried how the dog would be, and thought that they’d be ruined straight away and she’d try to through them but it’s not been a problem.
Fitted neat and tidy, no rubbish left it was all taken away. Answered all of my questions - would highly recommend.

Works : Fitting of 1) motorised insect screen across bi-fold doors - not at ground level 2) internal insect screens across two large bedroom windows.
This company was a breath of fresh air to deal with right from the start. Communication was clear, helpful and responsive - very quick to reply to emails, and also very professional and friendly on the phone. Zoe in the office was really efficient and very friendly and helpful.
Jamie came out to measure up so a quote could be provided - he was exceptionally skilled and calmly came up with solutions for the slightly tricky location of our screen. The quote came in at a reasonable price (lower than another local company had given) but these guys are so much better.
On the day, Jamie and Kade arrived bang on time, and set to work. They were exceptionally professional, worked quickly and made no mess at all - quite impressive. They did such a good job and were so pleasant, friendly and helpful at explaining everything we needed to know (how to operate the screen, care requirements etc). They also liaised with our electrician prior to install day and on the day. Warranty and receipts sent through the next day.
The screens are really very neat, well made and the internal ones are hardly noticeable. The external one of course is not visible from inside.
Excellent quality products, excellent price, brilliant workmanship and such a lovely set of people to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and we may well be using them for some additional internal screens.

My wife ordered screens for our home last year as we have had a major refurbishment project carried out since last year.

She ordered from Mike but a year on we had the screens installed by Jamie and Joe.

Would recommend phantom without hesitation not the cheapest but the best in the market you definitely get a high end product with these chaps and ladies.

Great service from Alison, Simon and Zoe to organise our three exterior blinds and Jamie and Bruce for measuring up, liaising with our builder and installing. Really grateful for everyone’s patience regarding an extremely flexible installation date, on our new build property. Would definitely recommend.

We installed screens on all our windows (casement+velux) and the garden door, and are very happy with the result. The staff at Phantom Screens was very professional and helpful at every stage of the process. Even at the appointment for taking measurements, you can tell they know what they're doing, and they pointed us to many details that we would need to be aware of. The sales was honest by telling us upfront that the screens aren't necessarily pet-friendly (we have a cat at home). Fortunately our cat is very calm and doesn't try to climb or destroy the screens 🙂 Another important thing is that you don't pay 100% upfront, just a 50% deposit and the rest is upon completion, which gives extra peace of mind. I certainly recommend this company!
