Took a brand new never worn Tissot Seastar watch in just after Christmas to make an adjustment on the bracelet.

The member of staff who was adjusting the strap barely looked up from her phone! The YouTube video she was watching was more important than doing my watch.
She repeatedly dropped pins trying to resize the strap. She didn’t measure the pin size and tried to force the wrong size pins in.
Ultimately this resulted in her actually damaging the watch by leaving a scratch on the bracelet.

I would not return or recommend.

Left a watch with to have it valued came back to collect and this snotty young women said that will be 10 quid I said 10 quid for what she wouldn’t tell me at no point was I told that I’d be charged, charged for what I don’t know she said I’m
Not giving you the watch back until it’s paid I said I don’t think so this was my late father in laws watch anyway she tried to ring the owner of the shop but no answer in the end she here’s your watch being argumentative with me extremely rude bad customer service trying to rob Customer of their money for no reason
