Staff are always welcoming and happy to help. My dog had a sore nose and Izzy advised me on some cream to use on her nose and it's worked beautifully when other creams hadn't worked before.

You always get a very warm welcome from the friendly, knowledgeable team,nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to help and recommend new products for our 16 month old working cocker Darcy.
