I came into store as I was picking up a Golden Retriever pup, and as my first time as a dog owner, I sought the help of Kane in the Wisbech store and he was super attentive, helpful and fun to talk to, he was able to advise me the perfect bits to help my incoming pup have the best possible introduction to his new home!
Kane allowed me to achieve that and couldn’t be happier with the experience in store as a whole.

Great place for animals. I guess here u can find anything for your pets also you can got any recommendations if you need any help for your pets. Great deals and choices of everything.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, always well stocked and clean. My only gripe is that you could do with a few more tanks of fish as there is a shortage of aquatics locally.

Shop has a good selection and is clean. But please stop touching my dogs, every time I go in at least one employee touches my dog without permission, I tried using a lead that says training- it still happens. I tried talking to staff, it still happens. I tried a do not pet lead… guess what? Still happens.

My dog is anxious, I’m trying to be a good pet owner and help desensitise my dog- but the limited amount of places I can take my dog is getting smaller. I’m at my wits end trying to stop people from touching my dog. Luckily my dog doesn’t bite- but that isn’t the same for every dog, and I’d hate to think of another anxious dog coming in and being cornered by the staff and biting out of fear.

I’m not saying don’t admire peoples dogs, I’m not saying you can’t pet any dogs- just ask the owners, it’s safer for all involved.

Called in to see if any rats are available for sale in store , Been told to come as there is 4 rats . When arrived they told me the rats are not ready to collect. Drove 40 mins for nothing. Very dissapointed !

Often visit this store knowing there is a good choice of products and always have plenty of stock on the shelves.
Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help, give good advice on products and their uses or recommend a different product more suitable.
At certain times they also give free gifts to pet owners, at Easter i was given an egg for my dog which he really enjoyed.
