Would have been +5 as I came back for ice cream here since 1 month ago (staff was lovely and even offered taster before buying). Unfortunately this time I was given an icecream that dropped off after walking back to the beach where my son and partner was. Other 2 choc and banana was fine. Staff refused to replace due to icecream on my sons face (Choc) and it was 30 mins ago. Even told the young lady the icecream that fell off is mint and my son had choc on his face. Showed them the cone was dry so it didn't hold. Even explained if I walked back again then my cone would have melted walking back and fouth. It took 30 mins after eating 2 ok icecream and packing up on beach but they still felt I should have walked back sooner. Should I have even scoped the icecream of the sand too? Good job I didn't offer it to the lifegaurd that helped my son to shore! That's where I had walked 3 icecream to, by the lifegaurd hub and at one lick the whole icecream fell off. Not sure I will be coming back here, even though I think they look the best and faily pricedI Paid cash due to your sign asking cash payment preferred with cost so was being considerate. Anyone wishing to buy, pay by card at least you can get your money back although it's not a lot of money but much simpler than talking to the staff. Shame I did not get the same considerate customer service back and instead it was appalling, waste of my time walking back to them to show them the cone.

I gave this Two stars because my girlfriend enjoyed her milkshake from here the only problem I saw when I was in the line was I saw the person running the place constantly touching her face wiping her nose also touching her hair a lot of times while serving Ice cream in the same hand the women did seem nice it was just the hygiene that put me off it also a man walked into the kitchen with his shirt of so this definitely put me off eating any ice cream from her
