One of the best experiences i had!
I walked in told the lady working there that i saw the fragrance online and wanted to try and buy some possibly today. The lady was very polite and generous, she explained the background stories of the brand to me and let me try as many fragrances as i wanted tirelessly. I ended getting gift sets and a bottle of Finley for almost £500 😂 the staff working there are so interesting, they are cultured and each of them has their own personalities. Id love to go back for more!

At first I was told from a few friends regarding the brand Penhaligons and from their recommendations I was very keen to try myself!

Just like anything it’s always daunting to try new places and especially with a brand deemed as prestigious as Penhaligons are portrayed.

Upon walking into the truly beautiful showroom I was pleasantly greeted by a gentleman called James, he politely offered his assistance and made sure that if there was anything that we needed then to just ask.

We had a lovely seating area where the brand history and also the quality of the product was explained to us, James was incredibly detailed and I honestly didn’t know there was so much to learn about just perfume!

He tailored my personal favorite scents and what I wanted to achieve from the perfume and he pointed us in the direction of a few various perfumes being - Halfeti Leather, Audacity, Lord George and Changing Constance. Both me and my partner bought all four and they are the best scents we have ever had in our lives!

It’s honestly truly remarkable the quality in the brand and also the other products available I.e. candles, body wash and lotions.

Please pass on my regards to James as his attitude to customers, the brand and the customers needs to be recognised as I have been in the luxury market of vehicles, watches and other things for a long time and it’s refreshing to see someone with such passion carry out their job and exceed expectations by a country mile.

Once again thank you Penhaligons and your team, I can’t wait to come back.

What a find! Went to visit my son who is at Uni in Cardiff and came across this store by chance. Oh my days this shop is exquisite! I think it was James that served us (big guy!) and nothing was too much trouble. I’m a massive candle lover and left with 3 beautiful candles that were recommended to me. The candles are usually £65 each but with an offer it was 3 for £126. They are not cheap but they smell like no other candles. Lasting fragrance and burn very evenly. I can still smell the scent hours after the candle has been extinguished. They are fabulous. Just saving up for when I go back next month so I can buy a perfume and hopefully more candles!

Great service received by James. My partner and I went in with the intention to smell a few of the fragrances as we had heard great things and wanted two special fragrances for our wedding. James was nothing short of exceptional, he gave us both our very own little experience. He pulled out at least 20 different fragrances, he got to know very fast what we liked and disliked and his knowledge of the fragrances is brilliant. We whittled it down to two seperate bottles, one for my partner and the other for myself. All of the staff made us feel at ease, we had our small baby with us and they were all making a fuss of her and even though she was loud they didn’t mind at all. Normally people would stick their noses up and want you out of the shop. We purchased both bottles and James engraved them for us too with our wedding date. We will definitely go back for more in the future. James gave me a sample of Halfeti and initially I wasn’t too fussed on it but now I’ve worn the sample and let it settle I think I already know what my next purchase will be. Thank you for all of your help James, you made the whole experience pleasurable and we felt like we were the only two in the shop having VIP treatment.

Was excited to realise this store was here after visiting one in London earlier in the year. Down one of side wings of the centre so not easy to find and quote a small stall. But beautifully displayed and clean. Lady working during my visit was polite and asked if we needed any help and after discussing what my favourite current scent is she suggested others. Penhaligons are the best scents as far as I'm concerned beautiful bottles and the scents last all day and night

The customer service and willingness to help was second to none and will be recommending them both to all friends and family.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first, but Rachel was brilliant. She really knows her stuff and took the time to find the perfect fragrance for me. Her passion and knowledge completely won me over, and I walked out with a bottle I absolutely love. If you’re looking for a great scent and top-notch service, definitely ask for Rachel!
