Avoid.

Tried to deliver DHL here and they refused to take "big item". I asked what big item meant, as mine is only a box, and he just said "no no big item", in a rude and idiotic tone.

Make sure to take a receipt and check it. They overcharge by a few quid here and there and act like it was a mistake when you pull them on it
