Paws on track is the most amazing shop in Haywards Heath. I don’t like to call it a pet shop as it is so much more than that. Jacqui and her amazing team (special shout-out to Jamie) are there for help and advice which has been invaluable over the past couple of years.

Absolutely loved the Winter Grrrrotto! The photos are incredible and have made some great Christmas Cards. My dog (who usually hates hard treats) went absolutely mad for the treat pack given to me that are also sold in store (fish biscuits) - we will be back for more soon!

Jacqui and all the team are fantastic. We get skye groomed with Emma, who listens to what we would like done. Always go here for advice with skye. And love the fact they do a winter wonderland for dogs which we went to today, and the photos are fabulous (even let the whole family join in!). Thank you, everyone involved.

After a less than ideal experience at another groomer in the area I was fortunate to be recommended to Paws on Track. Right from the start, Jamie was absolutely superb. Owning a breed with a similarly complex coat himself, Jamie exudes confidence and skill, which put me at ease immediately. He is incredibly good with my boy, Bear, who with is a large pup with a complex coat, absolutely loves going there. He literally skips in!

The staff's expertise doesn't end with grooming. Jacqui provides excellent dietary advice and has an outstanding selection of food, treats, and even toys to choose from. Their Christmas Grotto is a delightful bonus.

From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the team, you know your furbaby is in great hands. It’s clear that Paws on Track isn’t just another groomer; it’s a family-run business with years of experience and a genuine understanding of what dogs need. I have taken my nervous dog for the first time today for a Groom. Jamie was incredible with her and gave her the best experience ever and a superb clip, everyone is so kind and helpful in this shop and it's my go to place for my Dogs treats, food and now Groom. Honestly one of the best pet shops I’ve ever been to! They sell so many natural treats which my dogs love - dont walk, RUN!
Emma and Jamie are amazing groomers and go above and beyond for everyone, they’ve made my nervous dog so at ease and really take their time. Jacqui and Fran are so lovely and made us feel so welcome. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else now🐶🐾
