Angry staff and struggling to get blazer stock. Did give a refund on an Ely skirt after lots of to and thro from them saying the skirt must have been rolled when it hadn’t.

Looking for a dry bag/tow float. Asked if they had any and was told no. (Felt the young lady didn't know what it was)?! Found one, and proceeded to open the ziplock resealable bag to look/ see if suitable. It was, however, the older lady behind counter had started chewing wasps at this point and suggested she put it back in the bag (even though I'd already refolded said item)!. Obviously don't want custom!

This is the place to go when you have difficulty finding kit. If you are a freakish individual like me and can't find studded boots in Sports Direct et al, this is where you go. I now have a lovely COMFORTABLE pair of football boots. The assistant was knowledgeable, listened to me and was helpful.

I had been desperately searching for swimming goggles, having ordered three different pairs on line none of which worked for me. The assistant was a swimmer and understood the issue. She let me try a number of pairs against my face to find the ones with the best seal. The change in style took a couple of training sessions to get use to but I love them. Thank you.

Been using Paul Day Sports for years. Not always the cheapest, but cheapest isn't always the best... "buy cheap, buy twice"!
They seem to be holding their own given the larger chain store is in town, good to see them still there and will continue to support.

Absolute rip off store, I gave one star only so I could give my review! Otherwise they would have none in my view! Unhelpful staff, not willing to help in the slightest! Rip off prices. Will never shop in that place, not because of the prices I was willing to pay, but because of the unwillingness to help and to satisfy what the customer needs with no enthusiasm to even try!

Found school shirts that actually fit my daughter what supermarkets call 16-17 actually fit as age 12 here making self esteem feel better too x good quality at fair prices
