I visited Paul Andre jewellers in Haywards Heath 2 weeks ago after a bereavement. I was given compassion, support and a speedy service. I had my wedding ring resized and polished and my engagement ring resized, had a diamond replaced and the whole setting rebuilt. My rings look amazing. The staff were all so helpful and professional and I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

Just got back an engagement ring that belonged to my late mother that has been beautifully restored and couldn’t be happier with the result. Visited Haywards Heath branch yesterday with my Mum to purchase Pandora charms as a Christmas present for her. We were served by Nathan, he was a star. He took time to show us each tray of charms and gave some suggestions too. He was very patient and understood our needs - mum had recently lost a very dear family member and wanted something to remind her of him. Nathan understood this and made appropriate suggestions.
We came away with 2 lovely charms.
Thank You Nathan for making this an enjoyable experience instead of a sad one.

Just visited this store to spend a Christmas voucher, unsure of what we really wanted apart from just 'a ring' and the staff where incredibly accommodating, we was served by both Anna and Jade and another blonde lady who were all so helpful and friendly which is sometimes quite rare in a jewellers from my past experiences. So if really was a so nice to see such smiley faces, came out with a beautiful ring and charm very positive experience, thanks ladies 💜

Great jewellers. Very helpful staff and excellent customer service. My two Pandora charm bracelets were brought "back from the dead" (Pandora were unable to assist), made repairs to two pairs of earrings that other jewellers said could not be repaired and mended my engagement ring which needed significant work. I am so happy to be able to wear my favourite jewellery again. I could not recommend Paul Andre more.

Poor customer service with two members of staff telling me different things. Didn’t have any of the three rings in my size I chose and was told my size was the most popular and they’d have to order them in store anyway however I was then told I’d have to pay £150 deposit by a different member of staff to order the rings in just for me to try on !!!
My mother who brought me my gift voucher was issued a refund and I purchased my rings elsewhere hassle free . Would not recommend and certainly won’t be using this store again . I felt really disappointed.I will say though the young man that tried helping me at the start was very polite and had great customer service skills he was a little embarrassed himself on the stores part and apologised but perhaps the other staff members could take a leaf out of his book as I felt they were rude and unhelpful .
