I was in the shop yesterday and a lovely shop assistant, Diana , helped me to choose a couple of Christmas presents. She was so helpful and she took time with me so I didn't feel rushed. I ended up buying some other Christmas presents from there as i enjoyed my shopping experience and i ended up with some beautiful gifts. Thank you Diana

Had a terrible experience here the manager was even on side with her rude staff member she even mentioned my dress size and how higher above she is than me. Terrible place horrible staff never going back.

It’s a jewellery shop with many customised things.
There are a variety of necklaces, rings, customizable charm bracelets and many more accessories. They are custom made and very different to other fancy jewellery.

Helpful staff from the moment we walked into the store. We were welcomed to a great selection of items expected from Pandora. The pricing was not too bad with the sales helping too making this a pleasure to spend and as they say happy wife happy life. Thankyou Pandora, no doubt we ll be back soon☺

So lazy I went here for my birthday present and put in no effort because they profiled me,that’s why I started buying in different shops like the shepherd bush Westfield or Brent Cross as they are nice and I don’t mind spending my money as they help me out with styles and choice of earrings.
Second time I came I was judged as I came in school uniform and wanted to get my braclet fixed and they said they are going to send it back but the staff was rude and was thinking I was dumb and laughed when I said can you email and was lazy and just said no to that or a text when it was done. Now I have to come every 3months knowing if it’s they’re or not. I don’t recommend go to Brent Cross branch or White City.
It’s uncectable for a braclet to just get one fake dimond to be fixed in 6months

Both member of staff were incompetent and had a poor attitude. I wanted to try on different bracelet sizes to see which fit I’d like best. One girl just brushed me of by looking at my wrist saying ‘you’re probably a 17’
So I waited for her as I thought she’d get a bracelet for me to try on, but she was done with me. So I went to her colleague who was obviously annoyed with my request to actually try one on. She got out a size seventeen put it on me and said ‘you need two fingers of a gap, the bracelet will stretch with the weight of the charms’

She could have easily fitted at least three fingers between the bracelet and my wrist and the fact that it stretches out even more over time made it even more obvious, that it was probably not the right size for me. I felt like she would’ve lost it if I asked her to try on another size so ended up not buying anything, as I didn’t want to get the wrong size

Was here at the sore today to exchange the ring , as the diamonds fell off . That is second time in 3 months . First time in Kingston store they exchanged happily and said that this is very common with particular ring . When same thing happen angain I went to Hounslow store and they said that is my own fault and ring looks bend . I attached the photo I mean to me still looks quite straight but I’m not professional. I said there is no way I could have bend it as i was very careful with it and wore it only occasionally. And said maybe it was given like this last time . I then was advised that I should check before taking items to see if they bend or not . And that if I want a repair I have to pay
