Staff at the till is flashing scanner laser into customers eyes, despite mentioning this multiple times throughout last year - they clearly don’t care about damaging retinas of every single customer. Till scanner laser will always point at your eyes, and the clerk will say “we looking into ways to prevent this from happening” JUST DONT AIM THE SCANNER IN YOUR CUSTOMERS EYES - avoid this shop as much as possible! Getting your eyes/sight damaged by a laser is not worth it.

Went to the till to buy some items, guy behind the till was extremely rude, all I did was look at the price on the payment machine as he had whispered what the bill was.
Appalling customer service, will never go back again, even if it's the only shop open in the whole of London.

One of the guys who works there is the nicest, politest person! He’s a pleasure to interact with. The other is rude, abrupt, and condescending. Very unpleasant. It’s a shame.

Unhelpful and rude avoid. Didn’t accept Yodel Parcel despite being open as apparently they only accept parcels during a specific time slot. Guy behind the counter was doing nothing but refused to take the parcel. Absolute disgrace.

Frustrating encounter at the store when attempting to return a Yodel parcel. Shockingly, the return machine was out of order, causing unnecessary hassle. Unacceptable service that needs urgent attention.

Really happy to find a store in central London that offers Evri parcel returns for Amazon purchases. They have an easy to use QR code machine to print labels and offer free packaging. Open 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful 🙂

Nice shop, actually interesting variety of items on offer. Owners are friendly.

Unfortunately I was not able to find what I needed and prices were quite high - understandable, but I preferred to go around the corner to a normal supermarket to get the items.

I have been here a few times as it's close to work. Whoever was in today was too busy being on the phone to service me. Was giving single word answers, asked me to stick a label on a item and returned to his phone conversation which I clearly interrupted. I'm never coming here again.
