I received my items promptly - in good condition ( through Evri). My only whinge - too many emails. They updated me - several times - for each individual item. Add those to Evri emails and it becomes annoying. I submitted that to their request for feedback. Came here and saw I have been lucky. Maybe because my items were not electrical/ because they're not using Hermes)/ a change of personnel.

I was sent a faulty item, basically told I had to go out of my way to get a refund when they were in the wrong, I was given two pieces of false information regarding the collection they booked to return it. They didn't even read half my messages just sent vague replies not answering anything I said. I wasted 12 hours waiting for a collection they didn't even book on the day they said! They wouldn't actually talk to me and offered no apology or any willingness to try and resolve the situation. Ended up contacting Amazon directly who immediately apologised (not even remotely their fault but they apologised when the seller wouldn't) and offered me a refund. Excellent service from Amazon on finding out about this terrible seller. They said they were going to message the seller and tell them they need to improve and help their customers asap!
I used this fan for a few weeks sitting on a table. In the middle of the night the little plastic bits attaching the cage snapped off so the cage fell onto the spinning blades and ended up snapping the bit they connect to. Clearly a faulty product so I messaged seller who said I would have to take it to a parcel shop and return it to them, as we're in a pandemic and I am high risk and shielding I said I didn't want to risk my health going into a shop so they offered to collect, they said the collection would be between 8am-8pm and I had to package the fan with no labels. I waited all day and no one came, 12 hours wasted! they showed up the next day so obviously the seller booked the wrong day and said that they can't collect without a label. I specifically asked the seller twice if I needed a label as I know from working as a receptionist Hermes will not collect without a label and the seller said I don't need it. When I messaged saying that they wouldn't collect without a label when you said twice to me that I don't need one they said we've recently been informed Hermes no longer offer no label collection (complete rubbish, they haven't offered that for a long time in my experience) and the rest was just the automated message they had sent me about 5 times saying to return to a parcel shop. I was so frustrated by this point I messaged Amazon directly who immediately apologised and offered a full refund. Absolutely terrible customer service and just downright rude responses from Oypla but amazing customer service from Amazon.

Ordered a two shelf cold frame. When it came time to put it together I discovered that the two front braces were missing. I rang to see if I could get the missing pieces and quel surprise, they don’t “ do spare parts”. They don’t supply a label for returns, I don’t have a printer so had scramble round to get the return label done. So much for quality control, customer service, or any help, apart from “ go online”! A two bob outfit!!

I bought 2 sets of shelves for greenhouse 1 of the shelves had parts missing. I contacted customer support who said they don't do spare parts, when I said I had already assembled the 1 good shelf and was being used they said I needed to take it apart and send everything back. When I said this wasn't practical they said I wouldn't be refunded. Do NOT deal with this company.

Appalling customer service returned an item using thier shipping label Evri says item delivered told can take 7 days for refund sent another email 3 weeks later with tracking number as requested got same response refunds can take 7 days come on its been over a month now dispute opened with PayPal avoid this company thought I was dealing with B&Q but appears this company just sells through them AVOID

It is a pity that you cannot give lower than a 1-star rating, as this company merit a negative rating. We purchased an electric golf trolley 12 months ago. It turned out to be faulty (unsurprisingly). We returned the product, per their "easy returns policy", which was NOT easy. Since then, we have repeatedly chased for the funds to be returned. Promised a re-payment multiple times and we are now having to file County Court proceedings against them. If you are thinking of using this company, burn your money instead, it will save time ...

Hopeless. Still waiting for delivery. Contacted so called customer services. Very unhelpful, and when I said that I was going to submit a bad review, accused me of blackmail. Avoid like the plague!
BTW the CEO is Russell Payne, based in Cambridgeshire. Look him up on Companies House. Seems to have many fingers in a lot of pies!
BTW I asked why they used Hermes as their "favoured courier despite their notorious reputation I was told that they were the cheapest. They also admitted that they they could only contact them by email as their phone number doesn't work. Bizarre!

So there's a lot of negative experiences. But my experience was fairly seamless. I order 2 covers for clothes rails. And would order again. The delivery took a little while - but was free. I had missed the estimated dates for delivery so got very worried as tracking wasn't updating - because there was nothing to update. Delivery came to day. Item seems sturdy and fit for purpose. Wouldn't say was overpriced as quality seems to be decent..I will re order from them. As i spotted other bits I wanted. So a high rating for me.
