Excellent work to install some upgraded cranks on my road bike. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Definitely my new favourite local bike shop.

Got mudguards fitted on 2 road bikes. Lovely people, they did an okay job but definitely not perfect. I know it may be a bit hard to fit mudguards on road bikes because of the tiny space between brakes and tire but still. I had to arrange the holder of the back mudguard myself so that it stops rubbing on my tire. Before that, I oddly had a puncture on that tire the day after the mudguards were fitted (never had one in 5 months I have had this bike) though I might have just been unlucky... And they is the narrowest space possible between the thing holding the front mudguard and my pedals, causing to bump into it so often. Anyway it might just be that the model of mudguards they are selling and installing is just bad ☹️ I think I would have liked slightly better for almost 55 pounds.

The staff are so helpful! Matt did a quick fix to my breaks on my way to work as it was catching and made he my journey much easier that day; and on another day, he did a quick fitting of new pedals.
