We ordered water feature (paid £800 for it) over 2 weeks ago from this company and to date we have had no updates on delivery despite sending them several emails.
Avoid buying from this company at all cost.

Ordered water feature at the ideal home show. Phoned them on 11th spoke to Mike to check delivery & it arrived the next day.

Delighted with our water fountain - arrived carefully packed with clear instructions. Easy to assemble and operate; looking great and working well so far! Company was very poor at answering emails (not at all) and telephone (slowly), but there is a pandemic disclaimer on the website, so expected I'd have to be persistent... and glad I was!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from OutdoorLivingUK. I returned an item over a month ago and was assured multiple times that my refund would be processed. Despite providing all necessary paperwork and following up with emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive the refund or even a proper update. The lack of communication and poor customer service has been frustrating and unacceptable.

I would not recommend OutdoorLivingUK based on this experience, and it seems I’m not alone, as there are numerous other complaints about their handling of refunds and customer issues.

Do not buy of this company

If i coulf give zero and leave this review to warn you I would.

I bought a fountain for close to £500. It arrived chipped and bashed. The damage was through a layer of the wrapping and the company had clearly wrapped it knowing it was damaged. There were missing and damaged electrical parts

They argued with me the damage was not a problem, refused to replace, failed to communicate . In the end i had to get my money back via my credit card which wasnt easy. End to end it took s year to resolve the problem.

Aftera total lack of communication when my card company refunded me outdoor livings finance team called and asked for the fountain back with days. No apology or acknowledgement of the problems they had caused.

Read the many poor reviews, i have no doubt they are all truw

My mother ordered furniture mid July, no one told us when to expect delivery so I was not home on the first day they attempted delivery. The online tracking system wasn’t even aware the furniture had even been dispatched. We arranged delivery for 30th July but when I got to the door at the specified time slot the van drove away. I then requested a refund. The refund has not been forthcoming to date as it would appear the delivery company still have the furniture. Very very poor customer service.

Rubbish company ordered pump for water feature in September when it came was wrong one so returned it for refund. What a joke! I have just received 3 months later, it involved numerous phone calls of which you can no longer do! Several emails all of which they say will be answered in 24 hrs, never happened. My daughter then emailed 2 weeks ago and told them in no uncertain terms to train their staff how to answer and send emails! Will never order from them again. So people beware. Terrible company.
