The most accommodating pharmacy I have ever had the the pleasure to have as my m
Nominated chemist. As I'm disabled and rarely go out. I can phone the Pharmacist and speak to a person (and not a robot) or any member of staff who will direct to to the best person to deal with my query. My Pharmacist had more knowledge than my Doctors regarding made to measure Support Socks. (Due to change in NHS rules). He even sent me the correct forms for me and Doctor to use. Any new medication myself or husband are prescribed. We always get follow up calls to make sure the medication is fine and no problem's. In the past The Pharmacy has recommended going back to Doctors. The Delivery team of medication are phenonimal, very pleasant, amiable and close gates. You'd be hard pressed to find better Pharmacy.

Unfortunately, pharmacy depends on their employee, which not all of them are helpfull. Bad communication made my 6-year-old son 2 days without antibiotics

This is both mine and my husband's choice of pharmacy to have our prescriptions electronically sent too. We have never had any problems, always delivered promptly. On numerous occasions I have been in with questions about my general health, and have always been dealt with promptly. Fabulous friendly staff..well done!

Excellent service. Pharmacy and staff very knowledgeable and will find the information you are seeking. The Pharmacy works closely with GP Pharmacy. Medication delivery person is of a pleasant disposition, and puts medication where accessible to me as Disabled. In my opinion the best Pharmacy in my local area.

I haven't had experience directly with the pharmacy, but I was in touch with them regarding a problem with my covid pass for travelling abroad (as this pharmacy is linked with the vaccination centre).
Jay was so amazingly helpful, I was having the most stressful day trying to sort out this problem urgently and he was so understanding and went completely out of his way to ensure the issue was sorted out for me. He even kept me posted outside of his working hours. Fantastic customer service and I wouldn't have gotten my situation sorted without him. Thank you so much Jay, you're a star ⭐⭐

Very nice, friendly, helpful and always smiley staff happy to help. Once I've overheard how they were saying 'we need to order it ASAP otherwise customers won't come back' which just showing how much they care about their patients and their health. Cannot say even one bad word about them.

This is my nominated chemist and both mine and my husband's regular prescriptions are sent here electronically by our doctor's surgery. The staff are charming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have always been happy with the service I receive and would recommend this pharmacy unreservedly.
