Having dealt with Amazon FBA and the hopeless support they offer, I was initially concerned about moving to a smaller company.

I have to say I have been really impressed with the fulfilment and service they offer. Shipments are prompt and accurate with very few damages. Support is lighting quick, I would say on average under an hour. In comparison to FBA which takes a few hours for an unhelpful and non-sensical response, to then be drawn out into weeks trying to get a simple issue resolved. What a breath of fresh air it is to use Online Fulfilment Centre.
