This shop might as well close down not once in the last two years have I gone into that shop and they have any type of sandwich or wraps the most I have seen at one time is probably 6-7 in a whole fridge I’m not sure if they think people survive off liquid I’m not sure…

Had a parcel delivered to the shop as they have a parcel drop off service. Was informed by courier was delivered. This store said oh we got it but we can't find it not sure where it is. This happens all the time they do appear eventually though. Your have to come back tomorrow. Not acceptable, not a cheap parcel paid for next day delivery and its just gone no explanation for it. Thankfully the company I ordered from were extremely helpful and understanding and have filed an investigation and resent me the items to my address instead.

So if you would like to receive your items, strongly advice you don't have them delivered to these guys.

Great little store this one. Perfectly situated by Ore station, so you can grab some snacks for your train ride, or some essentials once you've finished work. Always spaces in the car park too if you're a driver.

Staff are very friendly and the store and its exterior are remarkably well kept.

Back in the day, there used to be a Subway franchise taking up part of the store, but that's gone now and it's honestly for the better as there's now more room for products.

Staff are always friendly. The shop is always clean each time I visit. They have some really good deals on every time I go in and they are always different deals. Great 'corner' shop with parking out front.

There's a female staff there who was very rude,it's the first time I encountered her since i always go and buy there and staffs there usually are kind. Today, I queued to get my parcel at that time there's only 4 of us in the queue, the guy in the cashier who was assisting me then went to get my parcel, and the moment he was back the female staff was shouting at him so loudly telling him i should have waited to finish everyone before he collected my parcel?
(she shouted for everyone in the shop hear what she's saying and for me to hear it before i went out the shop) i went back and i told her, I queued and have a right to be assisted and she shouldn't have to be angry and rude only just because of that. Even the other customer there said 'yes' she shouldn't be rude like that. "she just actually humiliate herself for her attitude" , in a customer service setting , that kind of attitude is a BIG NO.

My partner lost his phone in your shop you denighed he wasn't in your shop but he came back home with what he brought.
Now everyone is included with this including the police hope there video cam corroder is working.

Always welcoming staff, shelves kept full, clean environment, vending machine ( always handy when waiting for train at nearby station). Manager runs a tight ship there. Oh as a footnote the lady bus driver (see review) whinged about not been able to use the toilets in the shop, what a a bloody cheek! pssst! maybe carry a bucket on board or squat! there are plenty of discreet areas to pee in around the car park.
Love my One Stop Shop to the extent I go out of my way to shop there rather than the three nearer convenience stores, tells you something doesn't it. Keep up the great work guys and gals!
