Wrong opening hours, one member of staff RUDE, the other unable to help with the request.
I decided to go to OneStop to return a box and at 21.55 the store’s door was shut with lights already off (meaning they probably closed before 21.55). I still see staff inside so I knock. They first ignore me and as I can see them and continue to knock, one of them finally makes eyes contact and tells me to leave as the store is shut, I tell her that it is not 22.00 yet, and she just replies that the store is shut, they are allowed to close, there is nothing they can do and basically leave and ignore me. No customer service, just stuck up behaviour, she could have told me to drop the box in the self-service system right next to them.
You want to close at 21.55? That is fine, BUT DO NOT ADVERTISE EVERYWHERE that it closes at 22.00 when it closes at 21.50!! Otherwise, hire staff members who want to work. You do not know what a person is going through, maybe they need a one last minute item and they came to your store instead of another one because it is says it is open. If it is not, then… imagine the disappointment especially when faced with such staff….
If you do not like that job, go find something else that makes you happy instead of ruining other people’s day with your life unhappiness. You are the one who is holding yourself down in life and affecting the others around you, so take responsibility.
Lastly, as a consequence, will now try to avoid One stop. Your choice is limited, expensive and low quality, before I might have gone to buy some items due to its location convenience, but now… you lost a customer, I will rather walk to Lidl or the shops in town, rather to set foot in One stop.

I went to drop an Evri parcel to be told I could not drop it as they had run out of receipts. No apology was offered by man at the counter. I said I would be happy with no receipt or a hand written a receipt but was told that this was no allowed. This is an unacceptable level of service.

Rude staff, no good treating for the costumers, i had a issue with one member of the staff an year ago. first one day they charged me for a 5pp bag when I said I do not want a bag, when I asked again -why I still see 5pp on the till screen?, the lady said it is for charity, I said -it's illegal to charge any kind of money without asking the costumer first; she said was a rule from the manager if I'm not happy to talk with him, I asked for the manager she said he was not on the shop, of course I said it's looks like they want to trick costumers with charging small amount with a excuse without giving a receive never, and then when asking for payment receive just giving the card machine payment one. After couple days the same lady blame me of shoplifter without evidence just because i had a bag with some chocolates (chocalates from brands selling in all shops/ Smarties ones)and also a Xmas card together with was been gived me as a xmas present from work colleague on that day before I pop on the shop, so everything happened when I arrived to the till to pay i didnt wanted a bag because i had this one with the chocolates, i asked help from the cashier (the same lady) to pack my shopping when i put my bag on the top of the till she rudely asked me to opened the bag and show me what is inside, I did, and then straight without any evidence start loudly accuse me of shoplifters. I asked to check the CCTV and she refused. I get really embarasssing for at the end she just said was a coincidence. Either any apologizes from the mistake they did or the way they treated me. I complaint to the head office and they just reply me said will investigate nothing else till today, didn't show to much Interested on it.
I didn't return there anymore after been for such a long time daily costumer once it on my way to work, now I prefer to go far to go any other shop.

This place is shocking. Manager has no ability to manage or any idea how to deal with customers with issues on how she runs place, stuff incapbale to deal with customer complaints. Would not ever return nor will friends and family. You loss for sales
