Evri machine is always broken. Staff look at you coming in with a parcel in your hands and say nothing as you make your way to the back of the store 🤡

I'm glad they added a quick self checkout for card as it saves time as well as awkward interactions with the staff however their prices have always been quite high. Overall it's very convenient and the lines are never too long.

The staff are always friendly to me! Sadly they don’t always have what I need and their UberEats business is a little shocking - I’ve had multiple orders cancelled and sometimes a product that isn’t similar or the equivalent of what needed replacing

Just moved from Trentham where the one stop was never open to Evesham where again it is not open! Website says closes 11pm and at 10.10 the staff appear to have had enough for the day and have just locked the door. Guessing who ever looks after the web site has been on furlough for the past 10 years!! I have a 9 year old at home that is very capable of telling the time and can even update the website for your team after school. offer is here.

The place is a scam the deal was 2 pops for £3 they tried to charge me £4.20 then after reminding them of the deal they said the best they could do was £3.20 and after reminding them the deal for the 2nd time they charged me the proper £3 it I couldn't give 0 starts I would

I was in one stop today, just a few hours ago, and they don't even deserve 1 star but it's the lowest rating I can give. NOT happy with the service I was given today, which isn't what I'm used to as me and my boyfriend both use one stop all the time. When I asked to buy a scratch card I said "please can I have..." When I was interrupted mid sentence by the lady behind the counter who said "show me your ID and I'll tell you if you can 'have'..." Extra emphasis on the have. I felt as though she was trying to make a mockery of me, which at the point her colleague was laughing about the situation. When she realised I was actually old enough to buy one, she asked my boyfriend, (who she had previously served and who goes into the shop for alcohol quite often) for his ID, which he didn't have at the point, so we left the store. Not happy at all, will not be returning any time soon.

Would not recommend this place if you want anything at a decent price. Go elsewhere or go without especially after they changed the opening times again
