Such a friendly & helpful store! Visit almost daily to use the Post Office and find the staff across both the Post Office and the shop very professional, friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to help.
The extended opening hours for the Post Office are a massive added bonus but still this would be my chosen store to use given how friendly, welcoming and efficient all of the staff are.
Often grab a bargain too with the shop running frequent very good deals and offers!

Fantastic service every time! The opening hours are so flexible, and the staff are welcoming, friendly and very efficient. The added postal services open until 10pm are also a real bonus.

Nice little well run shop - but the bonus is the Post Office! A couple of years ago the residents of Portishead were deprived of their post offices, but who cares! We can take the short ride to the One Stop shop in Clevedon between 7am & 10pm, 7 days a week, to have all of our post office needs taken care of. The young couple are polite, friendly, efficient and clearly don't mind hard work, plus the daytime staff are equally commendable. All I can say is, THANK YOU!

3 times out of the 4 cans I've bought I has imploded. This time I walked back straight away. All I was told was that it seemed fine when I sold it to you. I wouldn't have minded if I wasn't a very regular customer foe all items and maybe I should have taken faulty goods back before but I gave benefit of the doubt cos they are fairly new however customer service was severely lacking
