This shop on corner of Acomb road is always shutting for no apparent reason . Been closed all afternoon today also when they get ANY delivery they won’t let customers in the shop this could be for 40 mins or longer . Staff are lovely … when it’s open
Closed again and again and again
Also they removed the large rubbish bin outside the door as too
Lazy to empty it as it was always overflowing so now NO BIN and just rubbish thrown on floor . This must be the worst one shop in Uk

Never known a shop shut as much as this one. Often closes for no reason or they shut it to take a delivery at midday. Convenience? More like inconvenience! Should be taking deliveries before it opens or when it closes!

It's meant to be open from 7am until 10pm every day, but they seem to close down whenever they fancy. I get that this happens once or twice for whatever reason, but it happens far too often for what is meant to be a convenience store. Everything but convenient when you turn up at 8pm to buy milk and they are already shut down.

Had previously good experiences delivering parcels here, however i recently selected this location for a parcel to be delivered to so i could pick it up, only to find theyve returned my parcel (without contacting me) to the sender because it was “too big” - for reference it was a rolled up rug. Not sure why i wasnt contacted to be informed of this or be asked to pick it up immediately if there was no space to store it. I now have to wait for a refund and then reorder….all because of bad, complete lack of communication. Im baffled, baffled!

I live a street away so maybe a couple days a week by my newspaper there. I seen a number of staff that being pleasant and top sevice. But this staff that I have to meet on a Friday need to be teach customer service .
Today she was inspecting the beer section while I was standing at till one she never said this till please when I question it she said it my till even when she log in her customer skills be to be desired.
