I am incredibly impressed with both the quality of the product and the outstanding customer service I received. The product itself is fantastic. It is an electric blanket and I couldn’t be happier.

When I encountered an issue with my original purchase, the customer service staff ( Jenny) was quick to respond and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They promptly sent me a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition and works wonderfully.

This experience has left me with a lot of confidence in the company and their commitment to their customers. I highly recommend both the product and the exceptional support behind it.

I ordered Pure Marine Collagen tablets from Superdrug, unbeknown to me they were being shipped by One Retail Group.
Firstly it said the order had been delivered so i contacted to ask them where it was as i was home at the time of the (so called delivery)
Customer services were great & looked in to it & asked me to confirm my address as they would send a replacement so i did, only to then receive another email from someone else asking me to again confirm my delivery address & then another message to say i have been refunded as they were out of stock!! All very confusing & time consuming so i will make sure in future where i purchase from does not use this company.

AWFUL Company! I bought 2 dehumifiers from this company through Debenhams! I returned the dehumidifiers for a refund and I'm still waiting after 6 weeks I've pestered Debenhams weekly! it's not them it's One Retail Group dragging their feet and not replying avoid this company!

Purchased a de humidifier through Amazon , it didn’t arrive on the time / days given so it arrived outside their arrival date and was too late ,they are expecting myself to pay for a return ? Even though it’s their fault this is being returned .
i have done chats with Amazon who have amazon have requested a free returns label from them twice now and they haven’t replied .
Very frustrating as it’s not my fault it’s having to go back .
They have ignored my last two messages to them also.

I recently bought the dehumidifier through Amazon Dubai. It had some faulty so I contacted Amazon but couldn't reach the customer service team at all. So I decided to contact the headquarter of the product in UK to double check, upon spoke to Emma, She arranged the replacement right away to Dubai!
I couldn't believe this.
As I am also in customer service field, Emma provided the best customer service I've ever had, her attention to detail and prompt and quick replies are highly appreciated.

Honestly, without doubt the best customer support I have ever received, bar none! I emailed Jenny with a request for a replacement remote for my fan and it was all sorted within just a few minutes. BTW, we bought our fan in 2021 and we absolutely love it - we highly recommend this company and their products 🙂
