Communication great, until I recieved a message sent to me in error slagging me off just with enquiry, never met any of them but after communciation today would avoid, hate to see how they speak about there customers they have met! 🙄 seems like I had a lucky escape!

The ladies at Once Upon A Dress were so friendly and welcoming. I had my dress sitting in my wardrobe for over a year due to Covid postponements, but once I tried it on again in their studio they were so helpful in making sure that it fit me perfectly. They are diligent in their work, and knew exactly what to do to make the bodice of my dress sit properly. They even helped me to find a perfect veil to compliment my dress.
A wonderful team doing excellent work, they made me feel excited about wedding planning and my dress again after a long time! Thank you ladies! x

Once Upon a Dress made custom off the shoulder sleeves for my fitted dress, added a belt, and took it up, and in, and it just looked so beautiful. They are lovely to work with, and their studio is just fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better work on my dress, thanks again xx

The ladies at once upon a dress could not have been more friendly or welcoming, and did an amazing job altering my dress for my wedding day. They clearly had a wealth of experience and were able to advise what alterations I needed to make the dress perfect. My only slight criticism is that I was told some work had been finished and when checked it was only half done so I would say it's worth checking the work has been done fully, but given the quality of the work overall I'd like to hope this was a genuine oversight rather than anything else.

I needed my bridesmaid dress taking up pretty quickly, I called and they were lovely on the phone and advised they could do a while you wait appointment which was perfect.
The shop as it were is lovely and the staff were all lovely. Robbie looked after me and she was so friendly and professional and easy to chat too. Not sure how it compares in price to other places but it is worth the money. The environment is very relaxing which is just what you need if you are a bridesmaid/bride to be. 10/10

I can't say nice enough things about the ladies at Once Upon A Dress. They are all lovely and welcoming, the service has been fabulous and my dress looks absolutely amazing after all their hard work. The adjustments to my wedding dress has been without any stress, it has just been fun...you just can't ask for more than that!

Amazing team at Once Upon A Dress. I brought in a wedding dress I had bought off the rack and wanted to change/later pretty much everything. They did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price and were great throughout the process. Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend highly.
