Olivia did a truly phenomenal job when altering my wedding dress. My size had changed significantly from when I first brought the dress and I really hated how the original neck line I chose now looked. I came in to my first appointment in the hope we could change the fit slightly and having accepted that I would have a dress that I didn't love. However, Olivia worked miracles, she picked up on the areas with which I was unhappy and helped discuss ways we could change these. I couldn't believe how incredibly the dress turned out. Olivia is kind, friendly and approachable and creates a lovely atmosphere for the dress fitting appointments. Her pricing is transparent, communication is great, and alterations were all completed in the agreed timeframe- far exceeding expectations. I have added photos of my dress when I first tried it, to the final version to show how incredible the transformation was. Thank you so much Olivia, you allowed me to feel so much more confident on the wedding day!

Firstly, Olivia is such a lovely and warm person - she deals with lots crazy brides every day but still manages to make you feel like you’re her most important customer.
Olivia altered one of our bridesmaids dresses, a mother of the groom outfit and my wedding dress. She is super talented, calm and personable. I felt like I could completely trust her from the beginning and the results were perfect.

Olivia altered my wedding dress and some of my bridesmaids dresses in 2019, she is absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job. I had just had a baby and felt terrible about my appearance but she made me feel amazing on my wedding day, something I will always be grateful for. Unfortunately I haven't had a great experience with Olivia. I first got in touch in April to have a consultation for my wedding dress. I was promised fabric samples and a quotation 2 weeks later. 3 weeks later it took me another week and about 9 missed calls later to get hold of her to which she didn't remember what wedding dress i was enquiring about! I was then promised to hear about fabric samples within the next few weeks...we're now in July and I still haven't heard, nor can i get hold of her. Real shame that my business has not been valued to which I am now tight on timelines and have had to go elsewhere.
