Dave and his team, including Povlas our delivery guy (who was extremely helpful and strong!) were brilliant from start to finish! Dave was so helpful in aiding us with the selection of our beautiful black bamboos, through to advice on care of the plants and arranging prompt delivery. We couldn’t be more delighted and have since gone on to order two beautiful jasmine arches to be delivered to my mother in Dedham. Well done Dave & your team for a first class service! 🙂

This is an excellent place, the plants are beautiful and so healthy, and reasonable price, the staff cant do enough to help, very knowledgeable and kind. The cafe was excellent lovely food served quickly even though it was busy. Although it was our first visit, it felt like we were very welcome.

Always greeted on arrival by Rose in the houseplants section which has become a tradition every time we go to Olivers.
Super collection of plants, we are never disappointed. The business has grown from a single poly tunnel to what it is today and we are proud to say we have supported Oliver from the start. It truly is an excellent place to go and we highly recommend it.

The food was fine.
Service was very slow.
They were quite busy, but no one seemed to be in a hurry to get the customers served.
It took 25 mins just to get 2 bottles of coke, and then I had to go and get it myself as the staff didn't seem to have any interest in bringing it to the table.
At no time did anyone say that there might be a wait for service.
And then to cap all they over charged me.

On balance, would I go again?
Probably not. The whole experience wasn't good enough.
I certainly wouldn't travel to visit if I was getting in the car there are a lot of other better places.

A great place to buy plants both for the garden and house plants. Great variety at very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly. Will return soon.

Shop regularly at Olivers plants and would like to praise the staff as they are always helpful and ready to assist with any enquiry. Also, Olivers Plants offer an excellent delivery service with a very helpful driver. Visits are never disappointing as theres always lots of choice making each visit worthwhile.

This isn't a massive garden centre, and we didn't spend lots of time there but we found it very friendly and welcoming. Lots of options for christmas tree and also had a couple of little stools selling decorations etc.

We took our little people and they had a go at the Christmas tree maze and trail - be quick if you want to do it, its not on for long! (£3 and they get a prize at the end).

It does have good choice for indoor plants. Staff have been very friendly and helpful. However, it was saying Christmas market. So we have been expecting a little bit more of the Christmas theme. It was loads of trees, however, lack of decorations. Few stool and they haven't gave me that Christmas vibe. I would stop next time only if I am passing through.
