Avoid. I was only buying a chocolate bar. Woman behind till took my money and gave me change. After the till closed she asked for £1 as I had allegedly underpaid. I said it’s impossible to know because the change is now mixed in with my other change and you’ve closed the till so it’s not my fault. She called me a thief. I said I think you may be the thief. If I am a thief why are you holding my £5 and you never even put it through the till. Either stealing from the business or the tax man or both. She then grabbed my arm and I’m wondering whether to report her to the police as I dread she could do this to a vulnerable person who doesn’t understand their rights or is actually scared of her 5’ of pure aggression. Shame to the woman behind me who failed to show me any support you know who you are supporting this business is actually letting people in this community down. I’m sharing my experience in the full knowledge that the woman can’t even read and has no interest in our laws or culture and am considering spending time reporting her to not just one but four authorities including the post office as whilst I was not using that service it’s a public service and she is not fit.

If I could give zero I would. She is rude and does not deliver what is promised. Point blank refused to take a parcel which I had already paid for, saying I needed to come back the next day! The reason given was that a 130cm long parcel was too big?! I drove to Hursley PO, who were delightful, have a Post Office less than 5% the size but took the parcel without question. Avoid at all costs

I went to this post office e to do some Amazon returns-never again. I apologised for interrupting her lunch were. I arrived at shop. Lady was rude , I couldn't hear what she was saying over her extremely loud phone call on loud speaker. So so rude when I asked a question
Had planned to buy a few bits there. It I couldn't get out quickly enough
Horrible experience with a very rude woman
I was polite all the time -just a tiny bit of customer service would be fab

I've been going to this post office since I was a child and she is so awful to me. I don't know how she thinks she can talk to people like she does. She is honestly awful! The reviews on here are spot on - it's like Karens diner for Post Offices

Just dropped off a parcel. Asked very politely for proof of postage. Woman behind counter rudely and aggressively moans "I don't need to be doing this" and continues with a load of verbal towards me. What a rude horrible woman! Why don't you just shut the shop and do everyone a favour. I now despise your disgusting store.

1 * is far too much. This place is far worse than Fawlty Towers …I am incredulous that the woman ‘serving’ does not feel embarrassed by her extremely poor reviews and up her game. If she is an employee she should be sacked immediately. If she owns the shop then she needs to get a life and change her job. She is rude, offensive and agressive - quite simply the worst service I have ever experienced zero stars …

I keep going back to this post office because the woman that runs the shop and post office scores 0 for manners, 0 for customer service, and 10 for rudeness. I keep going because, unlike most post offices, there is no queue, even in December, because most customers don’t want to be spoken to the way she does. In time we won’t be sending letters and parcels through Royal Mail because they are so expensive and unreliable. Perhaps she will be happier when she doesn’t have to serve the public 🤷‍♀️

Would give zero stars if possible. Service was so rude and aggressive from the woman who served me. Ignored me initially then complained about me wanting to return a parcel as it wasn’t urgent. I honestly thought I was being set up as a test, the service was so overtly rude. I’ll drive further to avoid her in future.
