I would like to start with saying that the customer service inside the shop was great and it made us feel welcomed. We also discussed a lot of options and decided to buy a Venicci product based on their recommendations and expertise. I decided to order in colour Caramel because it would be preferred against the muddy weather.

However the problem appeared when the supplier delivered the wrong colour, a whole package wich contained the base, seat unit (in vanilla), hood (vanilla), purse and baby blanket (also in vanilla).

I contacted OliversBabyCare and i was told for 2 weeks that the supplier isn't answering to sort this out. Then i waited out for 3 months asking the bank to sort this out because i used a credit card and didn't want the stress to deal with all of this. After 3 months on 23rd of September the bank failed to do anything and notified me.

That's when i started to do everything myself again, i contacted Emma at OliversBabyCare, she quickly arranged a collection and delivery of the "new" replacement parts for the hood and seat unit.

I expected them to be brand new, meaning wrapped in the plastic bags for protection in original packaging like those that i received originally.

Instead i received an oversized box with those two items with no bags or protection whatsoever. They were dusty and dirty with white spots along the fabric. I was asked if i can try to wash them. What? I paid almost £700 for a premium product and then i am asked if i am not happy with the cleanliness of a supposedly brand new product to give them a wash? What kind of joke is this....

I expected to have the whole seat unit, base and the whole box replaced as a whole with a brand new sealed box with the same products in there but the correct colour, it's not that hard.

Very dissapointed, I paid so much money to be treated poorly by customer service. There is another collection set for next week and delivery of another replacement. I don't expect anything different...

The baby is due in one week now and all of this has caused unnecessary stress for all of us. I'm very upsey.

What i expect: to have the products collected next week and replaced with the same, uncovered, thrown in a big oversize products that will look like they were held in a dusty warehouse for months

What it should happen: i should receive the replacement products in original plastic sleeves without any dirt or dust. Being protected by original packaging and passing quality control.

We came over yesterday the shop was quite busy when we arrived but staff was on hand and asked if we would like any help . We had a look around first and pick out what we like we was aloud to try out all the pram . I then asked for some advice and help on the pram we chose someone was there quickly to offer some help . We picked how travel system and we look forward to getting it in the next couple of months . Very clean and welcoming atmosphere . thank you for your help we will see you again very soon

The girls are amazing! We went in to have a browse and walked away with a whole travel system, including car seat. They answered every question we had about the buggy, let us take the whole thing apart and put it back together. Full play around and we left with a purchase 😁 Super happy and will be returning for any other needs. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely experience trying out the prams in the store. Marietta was very helpful and knowledgeable and really took the time to show us the range and provide us with the benefits of the products. Needless to say we went back and ordered the Uppababy Vista V3, with the cybex car seat in a bundle package. Would highly recommend this store. Thank you to the team for all your assistance. 😊

Ordered a playpen in December. I was contacted by customer service to inform me that the product was on back order, but I could choose something else instead that will be delivered sooner. I chose to wait. Arrived a month later. I am happy that I waited. Very nice playpen from Joie. Great customer service.

I ordered a playpen on an early Monday morning, it was dispatched by 9am the same day and I received Tuesday!!
Perfectly packaged, and sturdy. Collapsible, which is really difficult to find and a fantastic price. Highly recommend this company.

We purchased a car seat from Olivers Babycare last year. We found the car seat wasn't suitable for our girl and asked for a refund. We were told that because the tags had been removed, we wouldn't be able to get a refund despite being asked for videos and photo evidence that the car seat was unsuitable. Despite multiple back and forth with customer service, we weren't able to get a refund. Strongly suggest not buying anything from this store, they have zero interest in helping resolve issues you may have. For context we bought the Joie I-Irvana. It's a poorly designed seat and you won't actually know this until you use it. The buckle is too close to the back of the seat oddly. You will have to shuffle your child upright every single time to strap them in. Extremely annoying. Also the seat is very straight backed, if you child falls asleep, their head will lollop forward. Avoid both this retailer and seat at all costs.
