Today is the first time that I've been in the shop. What an absolute brilliant experience! The service I received was up and beyond that of any shop that I have ever been in. Don't buy phones there ! Got a phone there and stop working after 3 months took it back and said they couldn't fix and won't give me money back or any explanation! So if you want a good working phone don't buy it there !

Called in today with my mum just to ask if he could look at my vape.
Both guys absolutely fab!
Both very nice to chat with.
Between them they fixed it for me.
100%great customer service.
We joked because we thought the pair so young!!!!?

Visited here about 6 weeks ago; the little weasel behind the vapes; phone counter ripped me off; I was £10 short changed; he denied it of course; they don't even have a till; money is thrown in a shoe box. I have reported them to Trading Standards.
