These clothes are worth every penny and I enjoy going to a shop where I don't feel pressured to buy and where you are served by someone who understands the clothes and fabrics so well. They are honest and don't push for a sale by brown-nosing, which I LOVE! They also refuse to sacrifice on quality. Beautiful items immaculately made.

Made a special trip from London to Old Town excitedly entered the shop to buy several outfits for me and my partner, to be greeted with ...well nothing ... The owner spent the entire time we were in the shop talking to her friends and COMPLETELY ignored me and my partner despite me almost using semaphore to attract attention, it appeared more important for the owner to talk about herself to her friends than serve new customers

The press says the old town will go the extra mile! sadly the reality does not live up to the hype,

God I hate rude people!

We left deeply disappointed and won't be returning. We and our money will be going elsewhere

Wonderfully handcrafted clothes and durable fabrics. My favourite for basic pieces. The customer service/contact person could be a bit more service-oriented and proactive. I am sure that they would sell more of there plain but playful styles.

Don't know who Jane spoke to but I have been buying their clothes for about ten years now .They certainly care for me .I
Its about detail- you know Jane like spelling "their "correctly.

Terrible service, not interested in whether you want to buy or not. Very rude, it's a wonder they stay in business. Even though the clothes are good, why would you give your hard earned money to someone who has contempt for there customers.
