Long, sandy beach, that I felt wasn't overcrowded, even at peak times.
There is a car park on site but this beautiful beach is also accessible via the Norfolk Coastal walk - I'd recommend the 30-min walk from Hunstanton, with a stop for ice cream at Cliff Top Cafe. We visited Hunstanton in winter, fall and summer and it was very picturesque and charming every time. If you can time your stay in summer with their "Music on the Green" festival, it's worth a detour.

Lovely sandy beach. Great for dogs and kids and lovely for a walk.
There’s a huge car park on top of the cliff with a path down to the beach. There’s a nice little cafe there too serving hot drinks and good food. They offer gluten free and vegan options and it’s all
Freshly prepared.

Lovely wide sandy beach, the sea goes out a long way at low tide so there is a lot of space to enjoy. There’s a great cafe at the entrance to the beach but not much else. If you want ice creams and amusement arcades go to Hunstanton. If you want a more relaxing day and a bit more space to yourself go to Old Hunstanton.

Great beach. Busy and windy. Lots of dog walkers. Everyone really friendly and dogs well behaved.

Lovely beach. Can easily spend a couple of hours here which can make the parking a little expensive (we paid £6.70 for 3 hours and stayed for just over 2 easily).

Machines are cash only and there is limited signal on the cliffs to use the app so spare change is advised.

Very busy beach, popular with dog walkers.

This is one of the best beaches in Norfolk, a gem on the Norfolk coast! A walk on the beach with its magnificent cliffs is stunning. We enjoyed exploring the wreck of the ship as well as looking for small marine creatures in the tiny pools created by the tide. This is definitely a perfect place for a day out. The beach is busy during weekends, but because it's quite long, you will not find it disturbing. We recommend to come when it's sunny as that's when the cliffs are the most beautiful. There is paid parking at the top of the cliffs and a little cafe where you can buy snacks or sandwiches. Make sure to check out the tides before arriving and visit when it's low tide. Otherwise, you won't be able to access the beaches. Our tip: this beach is a great place for watching the sunset! 🙂
