What an amazing find on our trip to Lancaster!!

We were in the area and fancied some breakfast before heading back down south, and found this old school bakery on Google Maps, and blimey what an absolute gem it is!

I ordered the sausage and egg bap… dear lord what a treat - the bread was the softest ever and fillings were cooked to perfection… we also picked up a cornflake cake and cupcake and they were also made with love!

We’ll be back up in a couple of weeks and I cannot wait to go back!!

Female shop assistant was unwelcoming and miserable. Maybe she was having a bad day?
A smile to customers goes a long way. Cakes were ok and bread rolls very nice. Just a shame about the lack of customer service.

I called into the shop this morning after I had done delivery to the garage around the back and I purchased a cheese and onion pasty and a Steak & potato pie I was a bit disappointed the lady who served didn't asked me if i wanted hot or cold ones so I ended up with two cold ones. I had the cold cheese and onion pasty sat in my van outside shop and I've just had the steak and potato pie for my tea with chips and veg the were very good.
Yes I will call in again.

Went there eight years ago during a holiday, were so impressed we made a point of going there again during our recent holiday. Standard still very high, cakes, pies and bread, oh and the Yorkshire pasty brilliant.

This is a pleasant little bakery shop on Station road in High Bentham. Most of your baked goods available and fresh made sandwiches and hot snacks. Only open most days until after lunch.

I used to enjoy this place as a viable lunch option, however, I have recently found the service to be rude and inattentive.
On discovering that they had burnt my order, I reported it to the staff member who had served me only to be shrugged at.

Top breakfast buttys find my self here 3 time a week for breakfast at work, pies are good and the cakes are awesome but I hope you have a sweet tooth
