Excellent service provided by Giles and a pleasure to deal with. Traded two watches in and was given a reasonable trade value. Watch I received was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Communication was really good as I was made aware of every step of the process and there was a quick turnaround for every step from beginning to end.

Giles the owner of Oakleigh watches was just fantastic so helpful, so knowledgable and so patient. I had never bought a vintage watch before and consequently was a touch nervous. Giles could not have been more helpful taking the time to talk to me about watch, about Rolex of this time period and to explain his ethos on running a business. He took the time to video the watch on the timegrapher and then talked me through the video and results. When I received the watch it was better than he described and it looked in the pictures, it is absolutely mint (and no it has not been over polished). Oakleigh watches really do take pride in customer care and reputation. I will definitely use them again.

Very nice and competent seller.
Bought a watch which at the end was too big for me (45mm)so had to return it, but the watch was in a great condition, really well protected for delivery and Giles offered a no hassle return with fast refund.

Purchased a 16710 from Giles and the communication over the phone was excellent, Giles is very knowledgeable and was very accommodating. Paid for the watch on Monday evening and it was delivered to me by Wednesday afternoon. I've taken the watch to Rolex today to have the insert changed and also asked them to do a quick assessment of the watch they said the watch was keeping time fine and all parts on the watch were original... In all honesty, I could have got the watch about £300 cheaper but Giles was recomended amongst TRF members and my number one rule is always buy the seller as you get what you paid for... I am well pleased with my watch and will be coming back Giles!
