Easy to order. Was kept up to date with regards to delivery. Delivery men were friendly and helpful. The wardrobes are lovely quality for the money, my partner managed to put them up himself, all fixtures and fittings and instructions were included. Very Happy 😃

5 star service at every stage. Customer service were really helpful on the phone with a query I had before ordering. Delivery was super quick, arrived within a day and the item was very well packaged. The item was fully assembled, really solid and of high quality. We needed to return an item and the process was really smooth, courier organised to pick up within 48 hours. They arrived at the time specified and we were refunded within a couple of days.Would not hesitate in ordering from them again.

Fantastic company. We have recently purchased 3 oak units from Oak World. The 3rd one was a last minute addition. Oak world had this delivered for free to our door within 48 hours of ordering !!

Very Impressed with our Jack and Jill garden seats quality product pressure treated timber no rot for 20 years. Good service also from delivery driver. Now ordered coffee table to go with our jack and Jill seats same good service.

I purchased a beautiful desk with oak top, and matching bedside unit in the Stockwell range, for my office / spare room. I couldn't be happier with them! I had a mixed feeling about this company. I ordered my shoe cabinet on the 10 December and it was supposed to arrive on the 12 December but UPS messed up and ending up delivering the packages on the 08 January 2025. I was constantly chasing this company but they have a great customer service support ( her name is Lydia) who helped me all the way to get my order this week ( I was about to give up and asking for a refund). She’s very helpful and she responded quickly to all my emails.

My maintenance guy assembled this shoe cabinet for me and because I am in the office, he sent me a photo when he finished building it and it looks great. I really like the colour and it looks really Saturday and it complements to my living room.

Thank you very much to Lydia. Without her, I wouldn’t have a nice shoe cabinet.
