Excellent Customer Service from Wadaha at O2 Hounslow!

I had a fantastic experience at the O2 store in Hounslow, thanks to Wadaha. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, ensuring that all my queries were addressed efficiently. Her friendly and professional approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate her efforts. I visited this store last Tuesday, and I had a great experience. There was a lovely lady that served me she solved all the problems I had that couldn't be solved for months for me in another 02 branch. She did my switch up, my transfer and everything. I received an amazing customer service from her. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name but she was a hijabi lady. I was so grateful, thank you 😊.

Very bad service at 02 in Hounslow, took out a contract over the phone and was told I’ll receive my new phone on the same day. Called them and spoke to someone around 11am and since then tried calling on multiple occasions for an update my call wasn’t being answer and then cut off multiple times. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a reputable company like o2. Definitely not gonna carry the contract on after reviving service like that.

Having done some online research beforehand, I visited the Hounslow store on the 2nd of September 2024 with a view to join O2 and take out a 24month contract.
I had my PAC code and ID with me and simply wanted to clarify a few points before signing on the dotted line.
I was “served” by Ritesh and was immediately taken aback by the poor level of customer service he provided.
He appeared completely disinterested and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience rather than a potential new customer.
My questions were met with one line answers and a complete lack of proactivity or enthusiasm.
I would consider it a basic of good customer service to establish eye contact with the person you’re serving. Instead Ritesh was constantly distracted by other customers entering the store or by looking at his phone which is why I decided to leave the without signing a contract.
I would hope this feedback will be reflected upon as customer satisfaction is obviously essential for a company to succeed.

very very bad experience of my life with the 02 hounslow .the office staff is very disrespectfull specially Babita girl when i asked please solve my iphone and sim problem they shouted on me and she talkedwith me rude behaviour.she asked me get out from their office im not solve your problem you can cancel 02 contract i dont care .i strongly suggest everyone please do not visit 02hounslow office they are not give solutions our problems

What a terrible experience. I have never come across a group of people who didn’t want to work. I walked in, was not greeted and stood there for a good 5 minutes, without being approached. I was unsure whether to walk further into the shop or just stand towards the entrance, but as I wasn’t acknowledged at all, decided to walk further in. There were several members of staff free. One was sat at the desk just playing on her phone, and a couple others were just talking to each other. After waiting, a worker finally came up to me and greeted me with “What’s up?” No smile, just a rude “What’s Up?” as if it was an inconvenience for him to serve me. I came in with a query, and although he answered my question (partly), he seemed very unbothered and to be honest, pretty rude. Very weird staff work ethic, especially as another staff member interrupted us and asked him a question, mid-query, without even apologising. They just spoke as if I wasn’t there. This is obviously an on-going problem, reading through the negative reviews. The whole team are in serious need of customer training. We all have our bad days, but this was bad customer service from the whole team. If there is someone I could talk to regarding this issue, I would happily go into further detail. I don’t normally like writing bad reviews, but the level/lack of customer service really needs to be highlighted, moreover, addressed.
