Extremely disappointed with the service!🤦🏻‍♂️

Bought a product 1 year ago, and I wanted make some changes in the plan.. when I visited the store for help, they refused to help by telling me to call O2, which can take a 2 hours to connect if we are lucky. Other providers like Vodafone, etc are helping people instore with all important needs.

I feel it like a showroom only for selling🤦🏻‍♂️

Awful experience first time in this shop last time in this shop the arrogance of the girl I spoke to was breath taking she should be relieved of her duties asap.

All I asked for was a new Sim Card and to swap my mobile number from one 02 phone to another simple right not with this lot save your time and money and go elsewhere because you won't get anywhere with them.

I want to take a moment to recognise the outstanding support I received from Damien, the Team Leader at O2 Bracknell. From the moment I reached out about switching from Sky, Damien demonstrated an exceptional level of care and understanding regarding my needs as a person with a hearing disability.

Recently, he completed British Sign Language training, which truly impressed me and highlighted O2’s commitment to accessibility for all disabled customers. It was a pleasant surprise to see a leader invest in skills that enhance communication with Deaf and disabled consumers. This dedication made my experience not only easier but also incredibly empowering.

Damien’s proactive approach and genuine concern for my situation made a significant difference. His efforts to ensure I received the best service possible reflect the values of inclusivity and support that O2 stands for. After having a nightmare of trying to transfer an eSIM from one iPhone to my new iPhone and no support from my o2 app, I reluctantly visited this store in the hope it could be sorted. Within 5 mins of being seen to, Nikki transferred the eSIM to the new phone with ease. It may of been a straight forward on her side (I can’t speculate) however this resolved a lot of hassle for me and I am very grateful for her help and kind service.

They are a busy O2 shop and today there was a very long queue, despite this the staff were polite and thorough juggling multiple customers of all ages and levels of technical knowledge. I had a technical problem which I couldn't rectify myself online or over the phone. The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable and had me back up and running in less than 10 minutes. I had an android SIM issue with no caller ID which the online community seemingly had no fix for. I believe I dealt with Marta who knew exactly what I was talking about and knew the solution and implemented it successfully. She was very easy to talk to and polite and professional throughout. Excellent service under difficult circumstances. I'm very impressed!

I went to the O2 store in Bracnell today after another two days and hours wasted in this store. I asked over the weekend to talk to the store manager, but I was told that it is not available and that it will be tomorrow, that is, Monday. I went to the store on Monday, so maybe the store manager can help me. And what do you see, the store manager named Marta is a bit arrogant at first glance, but I said that maybe it seems to me. After a short discussion in which she said she couldn't do anything and told me to raise my voice to her and ask me to leave the store or call security with an ironic smile in the corner of her mouth. I had the same manner and voice in the conversation with the security lady and I asked if she thought I was raising my voice at her and she said no. Gentlemen from 02, if this lady can be a Store Manager with such an attitude, I'm not surprised why you have these reviews! Very unprofessional!
