I ordered from this company early August and haven’t heard since. When try to call no answer, when email no reply and now received emails from Google that this email address is no longer in use. But they’re happy to take your money still as the website is up and running. Now realising this I’ve looked for more reviews and plenty people have the same issue and have posted about it on Trust Pilot. This company is clearly a scam.

After waiting more than two months (!) for our order to be delivered, two of the doors of the wardrobe were damaged when we received it. We have been trying to reach the after sales team for a month now - without response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company at this stage.

Such great service from the team at Nubie. We popped into the shop for inspiration for our son's new bed and came away with a whole range of options to think about and look through via catalogue. I then spent several emails chatting through the options with Paula, who was so incredibly helpful and eventually decided on the lifetime kids 4 in 1 bed to grow with our boy. Bed has now arrived and is fantastic; our son couldn't be happier with his themed bed! Would definitely recommend Nubie if you are looking for beautiful kids items and furniture.

A company that cares about customer service! There were a few consecutive errors regarding the fulfillment of my order attributed to the supplier. Lizzie, was very quick to communicate this and very transparent without making excuses. On top of that, she made every effort to make it up to me. It is rare to experience such courtesy and care nowadays. I am very happy that I made the purchase from them.

Great company to deal with!
I rang with a query about a product. A lovely member of staff went to check the item and the query was answered. My item was dispatched quickly and really well wrapped so it has arrived in tact.
I would be more than happy to deal with this company again.

Taken my money and lots of other peoples (read Trustpilot) but no order received. Going in to administration apparently whilst stealing money from people. Disgusting.
