Amazing company and staff are amazing could not recommend this store enough. Bought a reed diffuser for my mums birthday but due to an error i got sent the incorrect diffuser. as soon as i emailed to explain the mistake the lovely lady sent me out the correct one the same day and it arrived within 24 hours. Everything smells amazing, will defiantly be purchasing alot more from this store ❤️

This is an absolute go to spot whenever we are in town. It’s one of those super sustainable places where you always come away with something extra on what you popped in for.

The sustainable cleaners and scents are lovely - we particularly like costal - but there is also a fabulous array of interesting stationary, pet stuff and kitchenware.

I placed an order for four items over two weeks ago, choosing standard shipping. After a week with no updates or delivery, I contacted customer service and was told that one of the items was out of stock—a detail they hadn’t communicated to me earlier. I agreed to have the available items shipped, but another week passed with no dispatch notification and still no items.

I eventually requested a refund, as I felt undervalued as a customer. They agreed, but the lack of communication and delays were really disappointing. The available items looked great, and it’s a shame I won’t get to try them. Small businesses often encourage people to support them over large retailers, but this kind of service makes that hard to do. Sadly, this experience fell far below my expectations

Beautiful independent store and reasonably priced too.
Picked up a beautiful oak peg rail and some lovely dishwasher liquid in a beautiful jar. I also like that you can source refills in store. Loved all the wares in the store ❤️

We tried the deodorants. My partner had the Coastal one and I had the Lime. Although the smell was okay (mine smelt like lime cordial to be honest) they are ineffective as deodorants (we both agreed this). At £15 a bottle I would not buy them again.

I've bough several items over the last 2 years, and I'm happy to say I'm now re-buying them because I'm so pleased with them. The deodorant is my favourite, I have never found a deodorant that works so well, but also smells nice and doesn't leave my skin feeling chemically at all, I'll never go back to any other type, it works much better than all bars, roll on or sprays that I've tried, feels much nicer and I don't have to re-buy it as often as I used to buy regular deodorant. Definitely worth the money. Every time I've interacted with the staff for customer service they've been lovely and very quick to sort out any issues.
