Most of my furniture come from the nodic style shop and I have never been disappointed as they do not go out of date. They are beautiful and still beautiful even after year and years of having them. I always have so much compliment when I have people come to my house. I love Nordic style. All the products they have chosen to sell, make life easy for the customer as they have been chosen with a good tate I would say. ps. watch out on the sale products too. They do have a good deal.

We purchased a bed set, comprising bed , mattress and headboard, side tables, lamps, and a long stool in their sale, in addition to four chairs , cushions and number of lamps and other ceramic and glass items.
They were very friendly and super helpful as we kept adding more items to the original delivery.
When everything arrived they were unloaded , unpacked and assembled in the rooms of our choosing and we must say that we were extremely impressed with the quality of everything.
Buying such items, especially including a bed, without first seeing the quality can be a lottery but in this case the descriptions of the itemswere absolutely accurate and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We will happily buy from Nordic again knowing that the quality will be guaranteed.

We are very happy with the range of products that we have bought ranging from a dining room table, chairs, mirrors, lamps, rugs, stools and various odds and ends. My wife asked that I make a special mention for the delivery team who were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Excellent delivery service .
Just had a king size bed delivered by Pete and Ben. Both were extremely helpful, efficient, professional and polite.
A rare find in these times. BTW, the bed is super comfy as well.

5 star quality. Beautiful designed furniture. Unfortunately 1 star customer service. Not welcoming, not engaging and lack of interest to explain things. I went inside with the interest to order several pieces including bedroom furniture, chandelier, etc. Only bought a few pieces as I could not leave the store soon enough. Really a shame.

A fantastic shop if you fancy very beautiful and amazing vases. Besides the premium quality of their products, what I really like also in this shop is the high quality of their customer services and support. And kudos to both Rebecca and Claire :-). Both helped us in placing the orders by phone and not only once, but twice. One was in the beginning of April and recently, just today :-). No doubts that when we decided to buy another vase in span of 2 months, we didn't have any second thought in ordering at Nordic Style Esher. And just like our 1st order, the 2nd one went smoothly, as well. Keep up the good work, Rebecca and Claire. And looking forward for our 3rd order soon :-). Having been targeted on social media for some time, I decided to check out Nordic Style online. It looked like they had lots of nice furniture items, and as I’m moving house, I decided to pick up a great sale piece on the spot. I selected it, and paid for it on Saturday morning and arranged to collect it from store as I live locally (it wasn’t delicate or particularly large, but local delivery was still £80) .
Nonetheless, I was happy to collect and called the store on Tuesday (today) after the bank holiday to enquire about collection times. I was told they were processing my order and would call me back later. When I did get a call back, I was then told the item I had paid for had been sold in store over the weekend.
I got a short apology, with a brief mention that there was a smaller, similar item of lower value that I could purchase instead at the same price. No effort was made to explain if they could order in the original item considering it was their error , or suggest as a first time customer I come to store to have a look around. I was left feeling frustrated and poorly treated in a situation that was no fault of my own.

28/08: In response to your reply below I have given a one star review because of the poor customer service I received. I am entitled to give my honest opinion of the experience I received.

You explain what happened below and why you wouldn’t reorder the product which I appreciate, but this was not explained to me at the time. If it had I would have felt differently.

(In addition, the item that was suggested as an alternative product had a presale value of £100 less, was smaller in size and with a different design, so I don’t appreciate the insinuation that it was the same.)

I respect that you are a small business but I think accepting honest reviews and customer disappointment would be a better than responding with a level of aggression.
