Nordiclife is one of those online gems that have a real treasure behind it - Rhodri Lewis.
Coming from a warm country with a polar training kit list and absolutely zero knowledge about it, Rhodri spent a lot of time with me showing me around, elaborating on each and every item, how to use it, and equally important - when not to use it, he presented different gear options and workarounds for different weather scenarios and situations. His tips and insights served me well during my polar expedition training in Norway, and contributed to the very positive experience I had so far with polar affairs. Prices were cheaper than in any other polar expeditions gear shops (I checked globally!), and Rhodry even applied another discount making my purchase experience the very best I could find. At the end of my visit, Rhodry also gave me a ride to the train station. This was an exceptional service done by an exceptionally knowledgeable person. Look no further when it comes to Polar gear, and Nordiclife has become my go-to shop for tough expeditions gear going forward.

Rhodri Lewis is one of the most helpful individuals I've encountered. My order had some issues from shipping (internationally) to receiving an inferior product (not Rhodri's fault). However, Rhodri assisted me with addressing the manufacturer and receiving a replacement item at no charge. Without his assistance, I'm certain the process of returning and receiving the replacement jacket would have been difficult so I'm very thankful for his help. If you're in the market for polar gear, I definitely recommend Nordic Life!
