Terrible service. Official Echo and the Bunnymen merchandise? Ordered 18/10. Today's date is 19/11 - no update. I have repeatedly emailed and these emails have been ignored. I would not recommend that anyone uses this company. I would understand if the order was going to take some time and this was communicated, but for the order to be made 4 weeks ago and no communication to be made makes it feel like I have been scammed. In my experience and opinion, avoid this business.

Okay so the initial time to make the item is a little long BUT IT IS A SMALL BUSINESS!! art takes time. There is no scam here and the QUALITY of the product is amazing. My hoodie is thick, and wonderful material. Thank you so much and I will be ordering again

SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made an order on 15th June and paid just under £10 for first class postage and it is now 29th June and still have not received my items. I have emailed their contact email address but have not received any response, so I will now be claiming my money back through my bank!

Ordered a T-shirt 17 days ago, had very little correspondence until I eventually emailed them enquiring. Paid extra for quick delivery too. If you can’t dispatch things in a reasonable time frame, atleast have some customer service skills and let people know what’s going on.
1 star, wouldn’t use again.

don't use this company I think it is a scam. Ordered a t-shirt weeks ago paying for 1st class delivery , they took the money the same day and I have not revived anything yet!!!!! I have emailed them, phoned them, used the webpage contact page multiple times and got no response at all

I did have a problem with order/delay, but on contacting them they resolved things very quickly and professionally. Every business has a few issues occasionally, but it's the way they deal with them that make the difference. Thanks for sorting and would use again.
