Normally buy my meat from here as it has been good up until recently. I bought mince meat for kebab, there was still some chunky chicken bits in there and small bones. And asked for boneless chicken, in small pieces, didn't realise till I got home that they weren't even cut properly, annoying part is that it wasn't even busy. Please give your butchers proper training

Overpriced meats and always the till guy add extra items in your bill which is not in your basket and charge you extra for that.
Remember:
Always be smart when you do check out as they do cheating at this stage, and at the end, they charge you extra, and you will never know it.

Yesterday, i bought groceries they charged £10 extra, and after putting groceries in the car, they stole one bag of groceries. I came home, and one bag was missing, i quickly called them and asked for the manager. He started yelling and calling me lier. I told him i have a receipt. He threatened me and dropped the call. Twice before, they charged me extra money and got caught by my husband. Please don't buy bulk groceries, check every single item, check your bill, and must take your receipts. Avoid buying from them as much as possible and make a complaint to the council. I have done it also.

Been going there recently and I think it’s surprisingly nice and friendly shop. Very polite staff and I’ve been trying there bakery at the back and I enjoyed there stuffed naan breads out of the oven.

Most of the items are overpriced. I buy a 5kg long rice for £4.49 and this store sold the same rice for £9, I didn’t realize at the time of purchase later looked at the receipt and give them a call to confirm and the sales guy confirmed it. Meat was overpriced as well. Vegetables and dry fruits was the same price in sainsbury’s. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there for big purchases unless you want fresh nan or tea.

I was the only customer in the butcher side . I asked the butcher to boneless the meat please. he was laughing at me. he said he can not do it. still I can not bilive it, why he is working in the butcher? why he was laughing at me? that's rude
never go there again. they don't know what is respect
