Had a minor problem with a 370z I recently bought, not from this dealer, from another large dealer, it had warranty but they wanted me to go to York to have it done, as I work in Grimsby I tried the local Nissan dealer, what a great service, even though they didn't supply the car they fixed the problem while I waited, washed the car and filled the screen wash...for free! Can't get a better service than that, 5 stars for Karen, Gavin and the technician who fixed it (didn't catch his name but he was a 370z fan apparently) well done to all, I shall be back for a service when the time comes, thanks 👍

I went to look for a new car and the salesman I met was rude. The way he spoke to me made me feel unwelcome and that he thinks he’s better because he’s a man and “knows better”. When I mentioned few bits I wasn’t happy with such as scratches and small bent in one of the cars, I heard it’s normal for used car and they could use a paint pen to hide it. They lost a customer because of the poor customer service this person provided.

We went to see Daniel at Nissan today to test drive the new Nissan Ariya. We took it for quite a long drive on the motorway and on normal roads, doing the full speed limit. The mileage didn't go down at a rate of knots, like it normally does in an electric car. We were really impressed with it. It is very high spec. Everything is touch screen. The interior is very spacious. In fact we were so impressed we have cancelled our 60kw Nissan Leaf that we had already ordered and ordered this instead. Can't wait for it to arrive. Also a big shout out to Daniel for being so patient and answering all of our questions! 😁

Recently took our vehicle into have a diagnostic check. Fantastic service from Charlie and Rob they were able to squeeze us in. Also Tom who rang to let me know what was wrong, really thorough in what he told me and we were able to sort out getting the vehicle sorted. Really helpful staff and really friendly. 100% be taking our vehicle there again great job stoneacre 👏

Took my Nissan in for a service, was looked after from start to finish, I received a video of my car from the technician. And all was completed within a hour as I booked an express service. Keep the good work up guys 😊

Again just a joke when it comes to mobility. Not a care in the world unless you just throw CASH££££ MONEY at them good for a full paying customer wich are treated like royalty unlike us mobility monsters been waiting 6months + for anything from all alike

Abysmal experience. My car went in at 8:30am for a service. I did not receive my car back until 5pm the following day. Staff were actively rude.
