Great selection, great taste, great service, and very helpful to people like me who know nothing about this kind of thing. I spent £69 pounds here for an Eid gift and personally found it expensive, but the recipients of the sweets liked and enjoyed the sweets.

Had a 10kg sweet requirement for an engagement ceremony. Visited the Hounslow branch and was served by Vandana and Subham. Told them that I was in a hurry as I had to get to the event in time and I was running late. They catered to my needs and prepared boxes as I required. Wanted a basket aswell and Vandana tried her best to prepare a beautiful basket for me. Overall very satisfied with the service and the quality. Would highly reccomend them

I usually go the Hounslow Nirala branch. All sweets served here are very tasty, rich, delicious and really fresh. The store is clean, tidy and customers easily can find what they want. The Patisa mithai is my favourite at Nirala. I always come for each occasion to this store and if I need buy mithai.

The customer service was really amazing. The people were very cooperative at a time where we needed the cake for a special occasion. They delivered when it was needed the most and I will make sure I will get as many people to see their brilliant customer service. We went to collect the cake from a different place and their customer service was appaling when we ordered the cake from there. Our local sweet shop , we go this shops to buy sweets for our small and big celebration, every time they never disappoint us . Very helpful staffs and they provide suggestions to pick the mix sweets , so mouth watering sweets , now you can buy birthday cakes from the shop too , took small cake for Doughter , and we enjoy it . I have received great service from Nirala team. Specifically Vandana and Shubham. They went up and beyond to prepare sweets for me! They were very courteous, patient and also helped me select various mithai for my event. Thankyou guys! Would highly recommend as taste is always amazing but the staff really helps you!
