Great shop and really friendly staff that are also really helpful too.
The Lady that works there is particularly good with customers and is always really friendly, asking how you are n genuine too.

Took a parcel for pick up. The chap was out from behind the counter when I arrived, he saw me come in and stand by the counter. He took his time.
No greeting.
I was eyeing up some chocolate whilst I waited.
He eventually went behind the counter and he gestured to turn the box around. Still no words.
He then got his phone out to take a pic of the label and handed me the device. ‘Phone number’ is all he said to me and then he took the parcel away.
I completed the bits on the phone and handed it back. He said ‘done’ to me. That was it. I decided against the chocolate as I’m not giving money to someone who can’t do basic human interaction. How can you run a f2f shop with an attitude like that?!

Can't count. Over charged . Gave more money just so I could leave peacefullyoverpriced and rude staff especially in the evening. evening staff and early morning rude and unhelpful. An the managers are just as bad. Visit if you want to be ripped off.. over priced and out of date goods. and very limited choice. last resort

While back I put a excellent review on I have now removed on the reasons I'm about to give I went into the shop the other to buy a box of Mayfair silver tried to charge me £16 a box of 20 which she did not realise I've worked in many shops over so I contacted their supplier asked them what they were charging the the shop is overcharging by per packet you go to any other shop you pay £10 or 11. I also popped into a petrol station what day and the petrol station was charging£13 there is nowhere else charging that price for those how can you justify ripping your and a route to the customer because they're not willing to buy at that price many people are not going to be ripped off especially by £5

Very disappointing place. The owner was so disrespectful and insulting. She started shouting about some boxes to a customer and talk as if she was more than anyone else. I highly recommend not even come close to this place.
