I recently visited Nice Price in Ashington for the first time, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. Upon entering the store, I went straight to use the Evri parcel machine. As I was carefully printing my label, I heard an aggressive comment from the man behind the counter. At first, I didn’t think it was directed at me, as I hadn’t done anything wrong. But then he repeated, “PEEL BEFORE YOU RIP,” in a harsh tone, as if I had committed some grave mistake by tearing off my label carefully.

His unwelcoming attitude continued when I asked where to place my parcel. Instead of explaining clearly, he gave a dismissive gesture, as if indicating that I could leave it anywhere in the shop. At the counter, he further chastised me about my so-called “crime” of handling the label incorrectly. When I pointed out that he was being rude, he attempted to justify his behavior by saying I hadn’t followed the proper label-peeling technique.

I’m 38 years old, and I haven’t been spoken to like that since I was a child. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

George was really rude, I was collecting a parcel and he shouted at me for not having ID, And then shouting at me for being too slow apparently?, then asked for my age and yanked my own phone out my hand.

would rate it 0 stars, went to get a top up and Reyes to charge me an extra 1.50, I’m a teenager, I’m not dumb. But I went back to get money becuase I’m not paying an extra 1.50. And gave me a dirty look. But the nice lady never charged me more then 15 pound so I’m not happy with his service.

Really friendly staff and space is set up well with clear bays marked , leaflets and QR code online layout available. Sadly they have not yet update the timings so when I turned up today there was a sign dated the 16th of May to say it will now be closed Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday but Google said it was open.

I do not recommend it ❌❌❌
I've bought top up from this shope today and I asked for a receipt he said to me the printer does not print two receipt only one which for me when I looked on his receipt I saw he charged me £1.50 extra for no reason . Whenever you there please asked for receipt.

Please don't do this again otherwise you will lose your customers and I will never ever come to your shop again. It's illegal and been reported to the council
