I moved all my insurance requirements to NFU Winchester a couple of years ago and now feel confident that I have a single point to discuss any issues, no worries about annual renewals, great value and total confidence that claims will be dealt with immediately and sympathetically. Just had a breakdown and NFU/RAC were brilliant. RAC engineer said NFU customers were always a v high priority and I certainly was.

NFU. I have used them for car and home contents insurance for probably 20 years. In that time they have been outstanding in their customer care and efficiency. The staff are totally invested in helping you on every level. And when I have hd to make claim they have been outstanding in the speed and ease with which they excite whatever is needed. Every year when my renewer comes up for both car and household I am bombarded with companies offering me what they say are "cheaper" deals. I doubt they will be but in any case the level of care and personal attention I receive from NFU , especially when dealing with claims, is so strong I am not tempted to move. Most recently I made a claim for something I lost and within 8 hours it was agreed and payment was organised. Thank you Patrick and Mark for executing that so swiftly. Andrew Dewar

Had my 2020 annual review with NFU, Expert advice was absolutely invaluable.
There were several crucial elements of my business that were not insured properly, at best just remiss but some made me legally non-compliant.

I have used NFU for several years, having taken far to many years to actually migrate home, pet, personal, car and business across.
NFU is certainly not the cheapest but my view is that you only pay for insurance in case you will need it.
That’s when you get value for money as the service and process is second to none. My branch is Wickham 👍 backed up by national teams that I have used for car and pet claims. All have provided excellent responses.
Yesterday I was changing my car at Peter Cooper in Hedge End - my fault in having overlooked the insurance needs 👎
Contacted Wickham, all sorted with email arriving in 5 minutes. 😃

I wonder really if I should share the real goods news this Christmas about NFU...I heard about them when I moved to England from South Africa and was exasperated by the options being offered by online brokers, banks and mainstream brokers. NFU was competitive, quick and professional beyond measure. I have had all queries dealt with expeditiously and claims on rare occasion refunded at the speed of light.

I really cannot say enough good things about NFU Mutual Winchester.
