Went in shop with lottery ticket plus scarth card to get free tickets as won on pervious ticket .I couldn't hear the lad as I explained I'm have a hearing problem and can't hear him unless I see him and can lip read as I can't hear if he's not in in sight, as he was by machine , to be faire he did speak to me and said that one ticket can't go though machine and I must keep it straight as won't go in machine I said OK he then said can't do it machine won't do it .I said can you just type in number to machine like they do nd get ticket that way i was ignore. Then he said I don't know how to do it and said it abruptly.i said OK as he gave me the remaining ticket and the one he couldn't use back. I said I wanted the scratch card winnings to be exchanged for lottery ticket he said I told you I can't do the ticket and put his hand up to like dimiss me and was in a sharp tone i corrected him and said i told you before hand I wanted the Scartho card I never mentioned the ticket you gave back he was like a bit augmenting without even getting the story wright he presumed wrongly and his manner was off putting if he can't do something that's not a problem I didnt have one with that but his attitude was not on
