We did the wonderfully Knife skills course. Sarah was a great teacher supported by the brilliant team of Sergio and Katie. We got the chance to practise knife skills on lots of different vegetables and fruits as well as some meat as well as getting lots of really helpful shortcuts and tips . As you prepare 4 dishes ( including a desert ) for 2 people and only eat one of them for lunch you are guaranteed to leave with lots of delicious meals. The knowledge I gained is kitchen life changing. Well worth the money.

Excellent breakfast. All top quality ingredients, as expected. Cost of drinks were a bit high, we thought. £4.50 for a glass of orange juice. Freshly squeezed and very nice but quickly adds up on the bill. Would highly recommend, though. Would love to visit again and browse the shop, butchers, fish mongers. Shame we are not local

A really nice farm shop and cafe, and so much more!
The afternoon tea was especially good, good selection and all very fresh. Also at £35 for two people very reasonable too. Don't forget to book the afternoon tea...

Good food, good service. Very cold but actually we do need to get used to not having everywhere heated so much. Greatits only 1 minute off junction 5 off M3 so great to get quality food so close to motorway and dogs had a good run on green space next to farm shop and a lovely stream the dogs loved for a drink.

What an absolute gem of a farm shop and cafe. Swung by for a bite to eat and everything was spot on. Super friendly service, the food was tasty with many ingredients coming from the farm itself, hell even the mayonnaise was next level and all very reasonably priced.

I always try to find some things that can be improved on and this was tough....the onion rings could be served with some paper to soak up some of the excess oil, the flat white coffee was good but not great and maybe an all day breakfast option on the menu would be well received.

Now onto the shop, great offerings from the farm and surrounding area and the cheese room was superb and I very much enjoyed my cheesy chat with the staff, and picked up some excellent food for an upcoming BBQ. The cookery school looked next level good and I will be sure to check out the other shops on site the next time I visit.

We went to newlyns for breakfast and thouraly enjoyed it, bit pricy but u get what you pay for. We then went to the shop and bought sausages, pies and burgers. When we took the burgers out of the freezer we looked at the ingredients. We were horrified to see what was in them. Monosodium glutamate flavour enhancer and E 120! E120 is a red dye made from crushed bugs!

We had a lovely breakfast at Cafe on NYE morning, the staff were incredibly friendly Sophie our waitress was very helpful and went the extra mile for a birthday celebration. The food was amazing and the chefs helped with making the pancakes bespoke to an allergy condition. 100% recommend! Thanks to the whole team! X

Beautiful setup. Stunning views. Great walk. Posh environment. Came for sunday lunch but at 2pm our only option was to have a breakfast because they were short staffed. Let down by the food though. Had the full breakfast but they had no vegan/vegetarian options. The fried toast was over drenched. The coffee walnut cake was not soft. Coffee was a complete let down. Please change the chef. We’re not living in 80’s.

The staff is amazing though. Love the vibes.
