My Father in Law was visiting from Taunton Somerset. His eyes were very sore. We saw Summer who was very knowledgeable she suggested some Hay Fever eye drops to be taken 4 times a day.
I would highly recommend this Pharmacy.

The whole team make you feel welcome and will always do there best to help and assist you. I have now changed my routine pharmacy to Newline and will never look back. Absolutely Blown away by the Excellence in Customer Service provided to me by the Wonderful Team at New Line Pharmacy Stakeford. After years of stress, worrying & having to call the previous provider (nitemare), to ensure my "vital" meds were delivered, the New Line Team & not forgetting the delivery drivers, who also are "vital" members, of this EXEMPLARY team. The pharmacist even pre-empts holiday periods & sends the necessary repeat & non repeat medications I need, so no STRESS whatsoever involved, & there are no missed days without my "life changing" if not taken, tablets & inhalers.
On extremely RARE occasions, when a "slight" human error has been made, & something has been forgotten. Not only do they actually ANSWER the phone, but they rectify IMMEDIATELY without any HASSLE or making me feel bad for asking, the RARE blip !
The pharmacist also, may I add, without embarrassing him too much, a VERY CALMING INVITING FRIENDLY telephone manner, even though, you know, he's got a VERY BUSY WORKLOAD !

I popped in today to pick up something for my Step-daughter due to my usual pharmacy not having it in stock I must say it was a fab experience. When I popped in at first they didn't have what I needed and was told I'd have to call my GP to change it however after making a few phone calls I popped back in. I was greeted with some fab smiles and was genuinely made to feel welcome. I was given an alternative form of medication instead which was sorted incredibly fast and any questions were asked with a professional and friendly manner. The staff here are exceptional a fab little Pharmacy.

For the second time,bthe delivery service has let me down. No driver! Was supposed to deliver my prescription 1 week ago, still waiting. Phoned to complain. Attitude of the person I spoke to was atrocious. Don't think they have heard of customer service standards. My recommendation is that you should use another chemist if possible. If not good luck.

The friendliest staff and best service iv honestly ever expeirienced from a pharmacy big or small. Iv never had any issues with medication and the Pharmacist always takes time from his day to have a quick chat making you feel welcome any time. Definetly recomend using their services and have been for several years.
